Lefkada

Lefkada

Lefkada is one of the Ionian Islands located in the western part of Greece, between Corfu and Cephalonia. The snow-white pebble beaches and the azure sea make the island special. On the east coast, bustling, lively resorts with sandy, pebble beaches attract holidaymakers, one of the most popular resorts is the popular Nidri.

In addition to the great beach, restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and leisure activities attract holidaymakers. The resort is a great base for exploring the island’s other beaches and picturesque coves, well worth a visit to Porto Katsiki, one of the island’s most popular stretches of coastline.

The island of Lefkada is easily accessible without a hitch, so it is worth taking a pick-up from the airport upon arrival. Aktion Natioanl Airport (PVK) near Preveza, just twenty kilometers from the island, is served by flights from many European countries.
